- Because each design is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Our order process is designed to ensure every detail is confirmed in advance, allowing each piece to be crafted exactly as specified and leaving no reason for dissatisfaction upon delivery. In select circumstances, exceptions may be considered at our discretion.
